Private parties can be held any evening with a minimum of 12 guests. Saturday private parties require a minimum of 30. Sunday private parties require a minimum of 20. The maximum seating at Tyme Well Spent is 48. We are always closed on Mondays. We will open on a Tuesday with a minimum of 12.
Each private party includes three hours of service. Each additional hour has a charge of $50. All meals remain at the $11.95 price (entree, soup or salad and bread). All your guests will have salad or all your guests will have soup. You decide. Guests do not have a choice the day of the party. A pot of tea is $3.50. You choose two flavors of tea for your party. Two pots are placed on each table of 4 guests. Desserts are $4, or for private parties, smaller portions can be served for $2. For parties of 20 or more, you are required to choose two to three items off the menu and offer those two or three items to your guests when you mail out your invitations. A final head count and how many of each menu item is to be provided to Tyme Well Spent a few days prior to your event. On the day of your event you will be charged for this final count given Tyme Well Spent prior to your event. No shows do not mean reduced charges.
A $250 deposit is required to hold your date. This amount is applied to your bill the day of your event. Please be advised that a 20% gratuity charge will be added to your bill.
